JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, as well as the Marketing & Digital Manager, on an array of marketing-related tasks and strategy implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, proofreading, and executing seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and special advertising initiatives
• Process and manage marketing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Manage the company's monthly internal newsletter, coordinating content and distribution across the organization
• Develop comprehensive marketing performance reports, analyzing campaign metrics and providing insights to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Write, edit, and proofread a variety of marketing materials in accordance with AP Style, including press releases, blog articles, digital content, advertising copy, social media content, and other marketing collateral
• Support the DMS in planning and executing social media initiatives and seasonal campaigns
• Help maintain brand consistency by ensuring the proper application of brand standards across all marketing channels and materials
• Support day-to-day marketing operations while coordinating special projects and advertising initiatives in collaboration with the CMCO
• Coordinate marketing activities related to new urgent care center openings, helping ensure successful launch campaigns
• Assist with market research projects to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate administrative functions that support the efficiency and organization of the marketing department
• Collaborate with external marketing vendors to manage project timelines, oversee deliverables, and ensure materials are completed accurately and on schedule
• Manage Patient Point content, scheduling, and other vendor relationships to ensure timely and relevant patient-facing communications
• Assist the CMCO and the PartneredWell® division with developing marketing materials and collateral for employer partners and strategic initiatives
• Manage the annual promotional merchandise (swag) program, including vendor coordination, procurement, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment
• Contribute as an engaged team member by collaborating effectively across departments and supporting shared marketing goals
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related role
• Healthcare experience and/or ad agency experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including social media platforms and emerging marketing trends
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva; Experience with marketing platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
SCHEDULE/LOCATION INFORMATION:
• Full-time (40 hours)
• Hybrid Schedule (60% remote/40% in-office)
• Must live within 45 miles of Green Hills/Nashville

HYBRID/REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions. A quiet, secure setting is required to maintain privacy and comply with all relevant privacy regulations. In addition, candidates should have a reliable internet connection and be able to manage their time effectively to meet team goals. Candidates must reside within 45-miles of Nashville, TN.
