Role Overview

Join a leading AI lab focused on enhancing healthcare reasoning through advanced models. As a Cardiology Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing clinical scenarios, evaluating AI outputs against evidence-based standards, and influencing the future of AI in cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Cardiology practice, including ACS management, arrhythmia evaluation, heart failure optimization, structural heart decision-making, imaging interpretation, and guideline concordance.
  • Write "golden" reference responses that meet attending-level quality standards.
  • Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
  • Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance.
  • Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
Qualifications
  • Attending physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
  • Resident physicians: Must be in the final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
  • Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty and hold a current active, unrestricted medical license.
Work Terms
  • Remote, 100% asynchronous.
  • Default commitment of 20 hours per week (can be increased after onboarding based on demand).
  • Paid weekly.
  • Start date: Rolling, following onboarding sign-off.
  • Ongoing engagement, reviewed monthly.
Compensation

Hourly rates range from $130 to $180, determined by seniority tier (early-career to senior attending). Your specific rate will be confirmed in your offer.

Eligibility

Open to board-certified attending physicians, final-year residents, and board-eligible fellows in Cardiology specialties.
