**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Harbor Health & Rehab in East Chicago, Indiana. As an LPN (Day Shift), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
* Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
