Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master's degree preferred 2-4+ years of experience in business strategy/analytics or a related role, with a proven track record of influencing leadership decisions Strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Hex) and experience in building scalable reporting frameworks Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of synthesizing complex analysis into executive-ready narratives
