Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate and treat older adults across varied settings, develop individualized care plans, and use objective outcome measures to maximize functional independence and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in accordance with best practices.
