Meath for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team.
You'll combine hands-on clinical care with the day-to-day leadership of the floor, supporting your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older residents in a friendly, well-run home.
Your responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the unit and coordinate resident care Lead, support and mentor nursing and care staff on shift Ensure care is delivered in line with HIQA standards and best practice Manage admissions, care planning and clinical documentation Support the Director of Nursing and senior team with audits and quality improvement Act as a clinical role model and resource for the team What you'll bring: Current NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse, in good standing Experience in the care of older persons Previous supervisory or management experience A good working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Why apply: Competitive salary, reflecting your experience Permanent, full-time role with a stable, established provider Clear progression towards senior nursing management Supportive senior team and a positive working culture Ongoing training and professional development Please note: Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.
