- Manufacturing Location: Little island Job Type: Full-time, this is a temporary ongoing contract with no end date.
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, support Operators, and ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a pharma manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities Lead and support a team of production Operators.
Assist with machine setup, coating operations, and packaging as needed.
Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 quality standards and company procedures.
Receive and inspect customer parts and raw materials.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing experience (cleanroom experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
