- Main Contractor Working with a busy construction contractor, FRS Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager for a public sector building project in North County Clare.
This is a substantial new-build development that will involve the delivery of a modern two-storey facility together with extensive external works, site infrastructure, landscaping, drainage and associated ancillary works.
The project has recently commenced and offers a long-term programme, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to oversee the build from an early stage through to final handover.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, driving quality standards and ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all phases of construction.
