This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters within a busy and supportive environment.
There is strong potential for the position to become permanent for the right person.
The Role You will manage a varied caseload and support the delivery of high quality legal services to clients across a range of litigation matters.
Key responsibilities include: Managing litigation files from instruction through to resolution.
Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings and court documentation.
Engaging directly with clients, counsel and external stakeholders.
Attending court where required.
Conducting legal research and providing practical advice.
Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
About You Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or an experienced Litigation Executive.
Previous experience handling litigation matters.
Strong understanding of Irish court procedures and legal processes.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
