We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS
for a locum tenens opportunity in Plover, WI. This role allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps, comprehensive treatment planning including extractions, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

July 13-16 Schedule:
8-5 Max Bill Rate Pay Range:
Starting at $125/hour
Clinical Scope Surgical Extractions and Denture Steps - Comprehensive Treatment Planning Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth
Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.
Support Staff 3 DA, 1-2 RDH
Requirements Active Wisconsin dental license Active DEA with all schedules CSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
