Full‑time associates are eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401K retirement saving plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement. Benefits Full‑time associates receive comprehensive benefits. For part‑time associates, base pay is $14.00 an hour with potential commissions of $9.00‑$11.00 an hour depending on sales. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Flexible availability (including nights and weekends) Strong communication skills Experience with computers Excellent customer service skills desired Retail sales experience preferred Pay Base pay: $14.00 per hour. Commission may add $9.00‑$11.00 per hour depending on sales performance. Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements Frequent speaking to articulate and convey details accurately, loudly, rapidly, and professionally. Able to hear average or normal conversations to receive ordinary information. Average visual acuity necessary to operate machinery and inspect documents and products. Physical strength: able to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand 4‑8 hours without sitting. Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
