We strive to continuously learn, explore, experiment, and achieve results. This position will be required to work out of our New Castle, DE warehouse; this is not a remote role. In this role as Heavy Equipment Operator, you will: Operate front-end loader to move or transport materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, salt, snow or debris Prepare products for manufacturing process using heavy equipment, including loader, bobcat, or forklift. Follow Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Load and unload materials safely, ensuring even weight distribution and proper handling Use equipment to stockpile raw products Inspect and fuel vehicle prior to beginning shift Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment daily Work prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery Work long periods including evenings and weekends when necessary Operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains Lift 50 pounds at a time Perform other related duties as assigned Job qualification requirements for this role: Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
