We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints effectively. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the construction and fabrication of metal structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
*Duties*
* Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
* Utilize Mig(GMAW) and Tig(GTAW)
* Set-up and run production weld equipment (manual and robotic)
* Interface with engineering to optimize welding robot programs
* Operate cranes and other lifting equipment to position heavy materials safely during the welding process.
* Conduct inspections of completed welds using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision and quality.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
* Practice "Lean" processes unique to position
* Perform other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in welding with strong mechanical knowledge.
* Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents related to welding projects.
* Familiarity with various power tools used in the welding process.
* Experience within a manufacturing environment a plus
* Knowledge of soldering techniques is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

* MIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)
* TIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)
* interpreting blueprints: 1 year (Required)
