This role involves continuous monitoring of patient conditions, equipment preparation, safety standards adherence, and quality control of imaging results. ResponsibilitiesReview patient history and physician's orders. Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation. Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice when ordered. Monitor patient condition continuously and respond to changes in status as appropriate. Prepare equipment and supplies and implement safety standards. Perform appropriate quality control procedures on imaging equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, reporting issues as necessary. Position patients and perform imaging procedures. Analyze imaging results and identify quality issues, taking appropriate action to resolve them. Enter, transmit, and report scan results. Schedule This position requires availability for shifts Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureAssociates degree in Radiologic Technology; completion of CT technology certificate program preferred. Must have ARRT certification in Radiography (RD) and Computed Tomography (CT). Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
