To lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, the contract Solutions Architect: ServiceNow IRM will work 100% remotely, providing subject matter expertise and mentoring technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions Provide expertise on risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform Guide and mentor technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices during the implementation lifecycle
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, focusing on GRC processes 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or a related field Deep functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow IRM suite and risk management frameworks Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
