What You'll Do Build, maintain, and improve reporting and data processes that power our fundraising and marketing efforts and support teams across the shelter. Serve as the go-to expert on shelter data — extracting, cleaning, transforming, and presenting information from our databases to support grant requests, marketing communications, and strategic decision-making. Maintain CRM databases, prepare mailing and communication lists, and develop processes that improve data quality and efficiency. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and support users in understanding and using the tools and reports you create. Benefits
What We Offer Let's start with the obvious: we offer truly meaningful work that positively impacts the lives of thousands of animals and people each year. This is a part-time, hourly, hybrid position with a minimum of one day onsite per week at our shelter in Golden, Colorado. Candidates must reside in Colorado. We strive for a healthy work-life balance, and we offer generous time off including floating holidays (awarded annually on your employment anniversary), three weeks of accrued vacation, and paid sick leave. Part time employees meeting minimum service requirements may participate in our retirement plan with up to 4% employer match and immediate vesting. The pay rate for this position will be $30.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on education and depth and breadth of relevant experience.
