Host / Receptionist - causeway

We are currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Receptionist / Host to join a busy and customer-focused environment in Coleraine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

About the role:

• £Competitive pay rates
• Full-time, temporary position covering maternity and holiday leave
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Immediate start available

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience at all times while supporting the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Handling customer enquiries, taking accurate messages, and directing calls appropriately
• Greeting customers and coordinating with internal departments on arrival
• Maintaining a polished and professional front-of-house presence
• Supporting with general administrative duties
• Ensuring reception, display, and refreshment areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-presented

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing role (reception, retail, hospitality or similar)
• A confident and professional communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Well-presented, organised, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Competent IT skills and familiarity with office systems
