The Vice President, Strategic Insights & Analytics plays a critical role in supporting revenue generation by developing measurement strategies, data-driven narratives, and actionable insights that connect Sales, Marketing, and Research. This role is responsible for shaping and executing cross-platform measurement solutions, ensuring feasibility, and translating results into compelling client-facing storytelling that supports NCMx and broader business objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Partner with Sales and Clients

Act as a key partner to Sales by developing measurement strategies and insights that align with client KPIs.

Develop Measurement Strategy and Solutions

Design and recommend appropriate measurement approaches, including foot traffic, sales lift, brand lift, attribution, and incremental reach.

Manage Vendor Relationships and Execution

Work closely with third-party partners to ensure proper setup, execution, and delivery of measurement studies.

Support Revenue Growth Through Added Value (AV)

Assess and package measurement solutions as Added Value to enhance deal competitiveness and increase deal size.

Analyze Data and Deliver Insights

Interpret campaign performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

Drive Product and Narrative Development (NCMx)

Support the advancement of NCMx by integrating data, measurement, and storytelling into a cohesive narrative.

Ensure Operational Efficiency and Feasibility

Serve as the first point of contact for measurement feasibility, helping to streamline internal processes and ensure successful execution.

Deep expertise in advertising measurement and attribution, including brand lift, foot traffic, sales lift, and cross-platform incremental reach

Proven ability to translate complex data and analytics into clear, compelling business narratives that drive revenue and influence senior stakeholders

Strong understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem, including linear, digital, and emerging currency frameworks (e.g., VideoAmp, iSpot)

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners

Ability to shape and operationalize measurement strategy at scale, balancing client needs with business feasibility and resource constraints

Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills, including experience interfacing with C-level clients and internal leadership

Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue impact, client retention, and product differentiation

Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

Strong vendor management experience across measurement and data partners

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Any combination of the following experience and training (designated as required and/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.

Experience: 10+ years in media, advertising, analytics, or market research, with at least 35 years in a leadership role

Education: Bachelors Degree

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $165,000-$180,000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
