Responsibilities

• Be the point person for our delivery and dispatch operationsdriver schedules, routing, all the moving parts.
• Ensure that every customer delivery is accurate, efficient, and on time (bonus points if you're a map enthusiast).
• Lead and support your delivery team using Paylocity for scheduling, PTO, and performance tracking.
• Keep our vehicle fleet running smoothly by scheduling maintenance and collaborating with repair vendors.
• Collaborate daily with Pharmacy, Warehouse, and Long-Term Care to ensure deliveries meet customer needs.
• Track performance, delivery metrics, and expenses like a champ.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and encouragementa positive culture starts with leadership.

Requirements

• Age 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record (0 points).
• Experience in logistics or transportation managementyou know how to lead a delivery operation.
• Familiarity with Maryland ZIP codes and routing (yes, Baltimore traffic counts as a skill).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and Paylocity; routing software experience (Elite Extra, RxMile) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Brightree is a bonusif you've used it before, we'd definitely want to speak with you.
