Über
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements within the Wholesale domain. Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams. Drive the continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM processes and functionalities. Work closely with development teams to design, test, and deliver CRM enhancements in an Azure-based environment. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the successful rollout of new features. Analyze CRM data and contribute to reporting and dashboard solutions that support business decision-making. Maintain business process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, digital transformation, or IT-related projects. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements management. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with cloud-based environments and system integration concepts, preferably Microsoft Azure. Experience creating user stories, process models, workflows, and functional specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken. English is advantage.
