Join our team and advance your career as an Fleet Business Analyst for DACH Region- German Speaking. In this role you will:
Manage invoice acceptance procedures Handle invoice related questions, requests Own daily business communication and complaint resolution Work on and provide accurate monthly/quarterly closing reports Create and follow up on purchase orders Oversee general reporting on assigned portfolio Maintain and update customer data, including new onboarding customers and implementation of new accepted partners
What you will need to be successful:
Fluency in German and English University degree preferred (in economics or related fields) or other graduation in economics (high school) Customer oriented approach Flexible, motivated personality 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of customer service or in SSC environment is an advantage Able to produce consistently high-quality information within tight deadlines
