Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission. This opportunity supports a team of Data Scientists, Cryptologic Computer Scientists, Cryptanalytic Computer Scientists, Cryptologic Cyber Planners, Intrusion Analysts, Protocol Analysts, Signals Analysts and Reverse Engineers, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security. The Level 2 Data Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:
Python data analysis (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy). Statistical analysis and anomaly detection. Data visualization skills. Understanding of APIs and how systems communicate. Ability to document and explain results to senior leadership. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). Understanding of how AI systems behave (conversational vs. autonomous agents). Cybersecurity or threat detection background. Security clearance or clearance eligible. Will analyze behaviors of commercial AI services (ChatGPT, Claude) and open-source models. Will build detection algorithms (context) for AI-specific anomalies. Will work with large telemetry datasets. Will establish what "normal" AI behavior looks like for the Government's environment.
Qualifications:
Six (6) years of demonstrated experience as a data analyst in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity activities in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Certifications Required:
Requires DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I or Level II certification, and Computing Environment (CE) certification. The CE certification requirements can be fulfilled with either Microsoft OS, Cent OS/Red Hat OS CE certifications. Requires successful completion of the Splunk software training course "Fundamentals 1".
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 110,000-160,000 RealmOne Benefits:
