Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, geriatric-focused rehabilitation services. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for older adults. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise and safety.
