get rewarded when they join the team A collaborative team culture where people thrive together and a place where you can be your true authentic self About the role As Sales Manager, you will drive and develop new business for the hotel in all market segments. Your key responsibilities will be to create and implement sales and marketing activities to maximise sales in all market segments, to effectively build accounts and build relationships, to identify and develop business opportunities and to actively promote and sell all hotels within the group. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across Londons financial and professional sectors. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to drive market share and revenue. Drive measurable incremental occupancy in key sales-focused segments - increasing average rates, volume, and food & beverage sales. Conduct client meetings, reviews, and presentations to strengthen partnerships and support long-term growth. Lead negotiations, contracting, and RFP processes to secure profitable business. Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline data, and reporting through Hilton systems such as Delphi. Collaborate closely with Revenue Management on pricing, forecasting, and strategic commercial decisions. Represent the hotel at sales events, networking functions, and corporate showcases. Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Reservations to optimise conversion and ensure a seamless client experience. Key Skills Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident representing the hotel to senior clients and corporate stakeholders. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and accurate reporting skills. Commercially minded with proven negotiation and business development abilities. Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing a strong sales pipeline. Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Professional, polished, and brand-conscious, suited to a lifestyle, design-led hotel environment. Strong understanding of corporate travel buying behaviour and market trends. Experience with hotel CRM/sales systems (Delphi or similar) desirable. About You Energetic, ambitious, and motivated by achieving commercial results. Confident building relationships with corporate clients and representing the hotel at senior level. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a proactive, self-driven approach. Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working toward targets in a competitive market. Adaptable, organised, and able to balance client-facing activity with administrative accuracy. Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset. Eager to grow within a high-performing commercial team and develop long-term career prospects.
