Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver

Full-Time, 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible schedule with weekend rotation Benefits-eligible position What You'll Do
As a CSL Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, and aging-related challenges so they can remain safely and successfully in their own homes. Responsibilities include: Providing individualized support, companionship, and guidance Assisting with daily living tasks, including housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene, and organization Supporting wellness goals and medication monitoring (non-prescriber) Providing transportation and helping individuals access community resources and activities Encouraging independence, confidence, and community engagement Completing required documentation and participating in team meetings Attending training and professional development opportunities Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to meet auto insurance requirements First Aid and CPR certification preferred (may be required after hire) Benefits and Perks
