Pay: $23.27-$25.51 hourly PARR’s Window Sales Coordinator executes all aspects of our sales call process and strategies, facilitating and coordinating business activities of accounts and executing PARR sales initiatives. Their primary focus is supporting the sales team by creating quotes, processing orders and helping to manage construction schedules. The Window Sales Coordinator receives daily direction from the Window Outside Sales Person on the team and reports to Division Sales Manager. Interacts daily with Location Managers and both internal and external customers. Interacts regularly with corporate employees (Central Purchasing Department, Account Management Team, and IT Department). Interacts regularly with vendor representatives and industry associates. Duties and Responsibilities Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers. Communicate with a wide number of customers in the residential construction industry, helping to sell and manage the timely flow of building materials to their jobsite. Expertly use, promote, and facilitate PARR Bridge Strategy and proactively set, reach, and meet (or exceed) personal sales and profit goals. Deepen customer relationships and schedule timely material shipments, ensuring account profitability and customer satisfaction & loyalty. Sell on overall quality, value, and service rather than price. Precisely and efficiently manage time, prioritizing workflow in a fast‑paced environment. Communicate with dispatch to avoid overpromising deliveries and manage returns via DDMS. Maintain customer profiles in Outlook or CRM with full contact details. Follow best practices in order entry, setting up deliveries, and all aspects of a job. Manage open orders to ensure timely invoicing or deletion. Take action to achieve objectives without waiting for management direction. Use DDMS to ensure customer satisfaction, follow SPC guidelines and proper GP%. Complete POs on time, confirm, and tie PO to order. Greets walk‑in customers professionally and walks them to products in store. Answer phone promptly with a professional greeting. Identify customer urgency and complete orders quickly. Seek to learn products and their applications for the end user. Confirm customer material needs prior to ordering product. Exceed profitable SPC pricing guidelines. Complete quotes and follow up in a timely manner. Maintain a PARR share file for customer plans and take‑offs. Ensure inventory arrives and communicate with customers. Perform other related duties as assigned. Write quotes and orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed. Write transfers and purchase orders with correct pricing. Perform simple take‑offs for windows, doors, siding, and other materials. Attend PK’s and PARR‑offered classes; complete AMT training. Accurately write orders in POS, using WOQS correctly. Follow proper material return procedures. Manage Outlook and personal notebook. Utilize all resources to find solutions. Follow all AR account and cash‑handling procedures. Use preferred vendor quoting programs. Complete online training as needed. Understand pricing levels and avoid unnecessary discounting. Perform takeoffs for vinyl windows & exterior doors. Help customers with warranty issues and claims. Set up new job addresses in system as needed. Make outgoing phone calls to prospects regarding business opportunities. Assist in inventory management, arrive on time, prepared, and adhere to company policies. Takes ownership of self, PARR performance, and customer challenges; does not criticize or condemn. Accept advice and feedback from experienced teammates. Ensure other divisions have opportunities to sell materials for each customer. Contribute ideas to improve processes. Organize and present PKs to the team as needed. Wear high‑visibility gear and proper uniform; keep workspace clutter‑free. Operate equipment safely and consistently follow safety protocols. Participate in safety committee and encourage coworkers to follow best practices. Communicate professionally with the yard, crew, and AMT. Notify customers when products arrive and confirm delivery times. Write legibly on business logs. Respond to voicemails, emails promptly, and maintain correct grammar and spelling. Take ownership and communicate management when mistakes are made. Provide clear delivery and contact information on orders. Communicate with operations about material returns and requirements. Maintain relationships with vendors and customers to support business. Professionally manage upset or disgruntled customers. Inform receivers of cancelled orders or return status. Bring concerns to management’s attention. Qualifications Knowledge of building materials and experience in the construction industry (a must). Strong communication skills via phone and email. Proven ability to develop relationships. Ability to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and other equipment. Ten‑key by touch; must type 40+ WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Understand and execute PARR selling strategies and initiatives. Ability to achieve sales goals and objectives. Knowledge of PARR selling principles, practices, and protocols. Willingness to share department responsibilities to meet deadlines. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Interpersonal skills: cordial, professional, diplomatic with high customer service. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and record information. Identify processes and procedures that may be improved. Communicate with all levels of management and employees with strong presentation skills. Strong focus, planning, organization, and time‑management skills. Ability to function independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt quickly, remain positive, and manage stress. Work from home or mobile device 24/7 capabilities. Working Conditions Position works in an office environment at a desk with a computer. Must sit or stand for extended periods, lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and carry objects 50 feet. Works in an office environment. Grade: SAL04. Benefits Two weeks of vacation per year on day 1, plus one additional day annually up to four weeks. Employee‑paid sick days and seven holidays. Standard medical plan with a low $1,000 deductible.
