3-4 years of experience in software engineering with strong fundamentals in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Experience shipping user-facing features with real business impact Proficiency in database design, particularly with PostgreSQL Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with a high degree of autonomy Strong collaboration skills with clear communication in English
