Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in program management, operations coordination, or a similar role within a complex, multi‑disciplinary organization.
Prior defense or aerospace experience.
Proven expertise with pipeline management tools (e.g., Ignite OppHub) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, concise emails, reports, and newsletters.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
US Citizen with ability to obtain Security Clearance.
Experience working independently requiring minimal direct supervision.
Knowledge of LM capture process / win‑plans.
Proficient in MS Dynamics; Power BI; Tableau; MS Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization with competing priorities.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. This position requires a Secret security clearance.
Benefits and Compensation Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
