Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field preferred or 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or financial analysis required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large, complex datasets Proficiency in analytical tools such as: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Excel Proven ability to translate data into executive level insights and recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting field-based, retail, or distributed workforces Background in labor modeling, productivity analysis, workforce management, scheduling, or service execution models

Essential Job Functions Performance & Risk Analysis
Analyze performance trends to identify execution, service, or sales risk early Evaluate execution consistency and identify patterns in above/under performance across regions, routes, and service models Surface insights that help leaders prioritize intervention and support efforts
Labor Cost, Capacity & Productivity Analysis
Analyze labor utilization using standards, thresholds, and service expectations Model workload, capacity, and productivity across employees and regions Identify imbalances and inefficiencies in coverage, or service design Support labor planning and optimization decisions through scenario modeling
Reporting, Dashboards & Decision Support
Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for leadership Ensure consistent definitions, metrics, and data integrity across analyses Serve as a trusted analytics partner to leaders across functions
Service Quality, Execution Compliance
Identify repeat non-compliance patterns and potential root causes Distinguish training, process, and accountability issues using data-driven analysis
Route Efficiency
Analyze travel time, mileage, and non-productive time within service routes Support route optimization, rezoning, or area redesign initiatives
