Business Analyst- Clinical Location: Warren, New Jersey, USA Experience: 9 to 15 Years Skills Required: Medical domain, Clinical Data, CPR data Job Description: The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams. Roles:
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Medical systems particularly in Provider side like Clinical data, CPR data, etc. Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating agile ceremonies like grooming, etc. Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design. Producing required stories or creating the backlog for upcoming sprints (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UAT plan). Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. Serve as a liaison between onsite and Offshore to gather requirements needed for system modifications enhancements.
Specialization:
Medical domain experience is a must Clinical data handling experience is a plus Experience in CPR, Defibrillators data etc will be a plus
