Salesforce Business Analyst Positions Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Details (size, scale, scope) Need BA – NA Salesforce Take some of backlog and testing – with extra set of eyes 70 GDA/30 KLO (Support) Team is stretched More than standard BA – some SF background navigate guess work How systems architected Existing Lighting based SF Also have classic SF (Infinity org) Define “dug” – troubleshooting and building reports Past BA not had the experience and then can’t help triage issues and ID next steps Items come up on data on reports – didn’t know what to do if customer came and said data incorrect, BA didn’t know where to go to to verify in system if user didn’t have access to particular field General structure of SF Common issue at Mosaic – someone built report on own, but Explain from business perspective and help tell the story, being able to take meeting to demo, what value is and make sure the demo is focused on end-user In terms of future state à working with customers of Brazil and US The customers around sales, service, marketing and agnomy and technical sales All users of SF in one way or another HCL all development Question example for Interview: What would you do if you don’t know the answer à looking for first path in order to find answers themselves SAP ENVIRONMENT (Modules touching)
