Über
Analysis and collection of business needs: Lead workshops, identify stakeholders' expectations, and formalize functional needs. Writing of functional deliverables: Write requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support of project teams: Be the main contact between business, technical teams, and other project stakeholders. Contribution to acceptance phases: Prepare and execute functional acceptance tests, support users, and ensure solution compliance. Continuous improvement: Propose functional and process optimizations to improve solution performance and user satisfaction.
Travel to client sites in Angers is expected 2 days per week. Qualifications Expected skills and expertise:
Mastery of V-cycle and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) Experience in testing methodologies and associated tools, notably HP/ALM Sensitivity to application security issues, both on technological and process aspects Ability to work with suppliers, frame, and manage their activities in contexts of TMA and/or external fixed-price contracts Good knowledge of RGAA (accessibility) concepts

Strong capacity for dialogue, listening, and service orientation Ability to convince and rally stakeholders around project issues Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong writing skills Diligence, organization, and sense of responsibility
