This is a proactive, commercially focused sales position, with approximately 60% proactive sales and 40% reactive sales generating new business when occupancy levels require additional demand. You will be responsible for: Driving proactive sales activity across the corporate and commercial sectors Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients Maintaining and developing established partnerships and key accounts Managing a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term business Generating repeat business and increasing market penetration Identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities Collaborating with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Senior Events Manager to deliver the hotel's overall sales strategy Representing the hotel at networking events, industry functions and client meetings Ensuring all sales activity is accurately recorded and opportunities are maximised About You
We are looking for someone who is: An experienced hotel sales professional, ideally from a corporate or branded hotel environment Passionate about building relationships and creating commercial opportunities Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven A confident communicator with excellent networking and negotiation skills Commercially astute, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing repeat business Comfortable working collaboratively within a high-performing sales and events team Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
