Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Salary-range: $120,000- 130,000 a year Role Summary We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Data Analyst who can independently perform fast, accurate, and comprehensive data analysis to support business, risk, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large and complex datasets, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights with minimal supervision. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong experience in data analysis, data interpretation, and business intelligence. Ability to perform independent and comprehensive analysis across large datasets. Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources. Strong understanding of data quality, data validation, and data governance practices. Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and business-friendly manner. Experience supporting business, risk, and operational teams through data-driven insights. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Roles & Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights Perform quick, comprehensive, and independent data analysis across multiple datasets. Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies. Generate actionable insights to support business, risk management, and operational decision-making. Conduct root-cause analysis and deep-dive investigations as needed. Data Handling & Processing Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data from databases, spreadsheets, applications, and other data sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analyses. Work efficiently with large and complex datasets while maintaining high-quality outputs. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and data management processes. Reporting & Visualization Design and develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations. Present analytical findings in a concise, meaningful, and business-focused manner. Automate recurring reports, data processes, and analytics workflows where appropriate. Create documentation and reporting standards to support ongoing business needs. Independent Execution Deliver high-quality analytical outputs with minimal supervision. Manage multiple priorities and analytical requests simultaneously. Take ownership of assigned projects from requirements gathering through final delivery. Demonstrate strong initiative and accountability in problem-solving and execution. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with business, risk, operations, and technology teams to understand requirements. Translate business questions and challenges into analytical approaches and solutions. Support ad-hoc reporting requests and detailed analytical investigations.
