eero is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive integration and implementation of technical solutions and cloud architecture for the management of our mesh WiFi analytics platform. This role combines deep cloud expertise with networking knowledge to design and implement scalable solutions for our customers and B2B partners. You’ll work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, and Wi‑Fi to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our growing list of partners.
Key Job Responsibilities
Design and architect cloud‑based solutions utilizing AWS services to support eero’s cloud‑based management platform
Lead technical discussions with customers and partners, presenting complex architectural solutions based on our REST APIs and data‑as‑a‑service delivery systems
Develop integration solutions between eero’s platform and customer systems using modern APIs and cloud services
Create and execute proof‑of‑concept implementations for customer integration solutions
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence our technical roadmap
Provide technical guidance on eero’s cloud architecture
Build automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and analytics
Build and maintain a centralized repository to maintain eero’s APIs and scripts built to solve customer problems
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with end‑user or developer communities
Knowledge of core internet technologies, including DHCP, DNS, mail transport, TCP/IP, and network file systems
Experience with distributed systems at scale
Experience leading the building of complex software or computing infrastructure delivered to customers
Experience with big data platforms such as Apache Spark and Hadoop
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipeline implementation
AWS certification, e.g., AWS Solutions Architect or similar cloud certification

Base salary range for this position in San Francisco, CA: $176,600.00 – $239,000.00 per year. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
