Are you highly organised, detail-focused and enjoy building relationships with people? Looking for a varied part-time role where you can make a real impact? Join us at De Vere Tortworth Court as a Sales Administrator and become an important part of our Sales & Marketing team. Working 30 hours per week over 5 days, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team, providing administrative support that helps us attract new business, deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve our commercial goals. As a Sales Administrator you will: Conduct research calls to prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities. Support the sales team by securing appointments with potential clients. Ensure sales reports and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Execute the hotel's social media calendar and assist with content creation. Maintain hotel marketing collateral and promotional materials. Assist with maintaining content across the hotel's website and online listings. Support the Events team during busy periods and assist with client events, exhibitions and networking opportunities. What you'll bring to the role: Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. A confident and professional communication style, both written and verbal. The ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners. Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office. A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Confidence using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Previous experience within administration, sales support, hospitality or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.
