- Financial Services (Short-Term Contract) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join a busy financial services team on a short-term temporary basis until Dec 2026.
This role will support client and investor administration activities, including onboarding, documentation review, account reconciliations and responding to queries.
The successful candidate will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of processes.
Key Responsibilities: Support client and investor onboarding activities Review and complete required documentation Perform account reconciliations and assist with issue resolution Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing activities and projects Support process improvements and ad hoc tasks as required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in financial services, administration, operations or a related area preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good numerical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities Strong team collaboration skills This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional financial services environment. xyswxtq
