This is a vital, hands-on role focused on supporting adults with complex needs to live meaningful lives as active, valued members of their communities.
Aligned with HSE New Directions, HSE Interim Standards, and a Human Rights Based Approach, the postholder will work alongside adults, their circles of support, and multidisciplinary teams to codesign personalised pathways to education, employment, social participation, and independent living. xyswxtq
This role requires flexibility to work across CRC's Dublin locations and may include some evening and weekend work.
