Practice Overview:

• Busy bread-and-butter GI practice with 9 physicians and 6 APPs
• Sole gastroenterology group serving a large multi-county region
• Approximately 11,000 colonoscopies and 3,500 EGDs performed annually
• Dedicated endoscopy days with strong procedural support
• Light 1:7 hospital call with no rounding required during call hours

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday schedule with predictable hours
• Dedicated APP support during hospitalist weeks
• Balanced structure that supports long-term growth and lifestyle flexibility

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential
• $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
