Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer and Administrator for the OnBase Content Management System.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with both On-Premises and Cloud-based implementations of OnBase.
Proficient in configuring, customizing, and optimizing OnBase workflows and solutions.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages, such as C#, VB.NET, or Java.
Experience with OnBase integrations and APIs.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OnBase environment.
Familiarity with best practices for data security, compliance, and document retention in the context of content management.
Proficient in electronic document management systems.
Experience in organizing, categorizing, and maintaining electronic documents.
Knowledge of best practices in electronic document control.
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to HIPAA, SOX, PII, PCI, PHI, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Proven track record of ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in document management.
Ability to implement and monitor compliance processes related to document management.
Expertise in developing and implementing record retention policies.
Knowledge of document destruction policies and procedures.
Proactive approach to ensuring compliance with record retention regulations.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions to meet business requirements.
Administer OnBase environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Customize and configure OnBase workflows, forms, and document types.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective OnBase solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase-related issues.
Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems.
Stay current with OnBase product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for OnBase configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Pay:
Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
