Monday through Friday schedule
Typical first call begins at 8:00 AM, with the workday generally ending around 5:00 PM
Rotating full-week on-call schedule (Monday through Sunday)
Technicians typically run approximately three residential service calls per day
Your role is built around inspecting, diagnosing, presenting options, and closing, not spending hours completing major repairs.
Larger repair work is handed off to install professionals so you can stay focused on serving more homeowners.

Run residential HVAC service calls throughout the North Austin Metro.
Perform comprehensive HVAC diagnostics and system inspections.
Complete truck stock repairs such as capacitors, contactors, and other minor repairs.
Recommend repair and replacement options based on system condition and homeowner needs.
Present solutions professionally without high-pressure sales tactics.
Recommend HVAC equipment replacements when appropriate.
Document work accurately using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM.
Track personal performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, and daily production.
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining quality workmanship.
Location: North Austin Metro, Texas (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Pflugerville, and surrounding communities)

Universal EPA 608 Certification
Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience
Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
Experience recommending HVAC equipment replacements
Experience using Housecall Pro or a similar dispatch CRM
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently throughout a residential service route
Strong communication and customer service skills
Commitment to continuous technical and sales development
