Deliver enthusiastic, positive, and professional customer service on every call
Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with both vendors and customers
Provide personalized options to customers, helping them make the best choices for their homes and families
Achieve technical excellence in all tasks, upholding our strong warranties and guarantees
Use specialized camera equipment to accurately diagnose and identify plumbing system issues
Compile comprehensive parts lists for the Installation Team to ensure efficient project completion
Guide customers in selecting the best plumbing solutions that meet their unique needs
Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve any post‑sale issues or concerns
Enjoy working with a talented and energetic team dedicated to providing out‑of‑this‑world service!

Requirements
Proven experience in drain, sewer, and plumbing services (Plumbing License preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving service issues
Deep knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals
Experience with CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
