Overview Flying Fish Brewing Co. seeks a Sales Representative for the New Jersey and Philadelphia markets to grow distribution, support distributor partners, and enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Call on retailer accounts in on‑and‑off‑premise locations to improve brand awareness, sales, and strengthen relationships. Act as primary point of contact with distributor representatives to provide support, education, and grow share of mind. Plan, execute, and manage sampling and activation events to increase brand awareness. Communicate market activities with the director of sales, distributor partners, and retailers. Use sales tools (e.g., VIP iDig) to achieve sales targets. Monitor product freshness and quality control in distributor warehouses and in market to uphold quality standards. Manage personal expense budget. Perform any additional duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Confidence presenting to retailers and distributors. 2+ years of experience in the beer industry, focusing on New Jersey and/or Philadelphia markets. 80% field work, 20% administrative duties, with possibility of overnight travel as necessary.
