Location: Boise, ID 83716. Position Type: Full Time. Key Responsibilities Perform daily walk-throughs of the fab to inspect electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, and distribution panels. Execute and manage comprehensive QA/QC checklists. Ensure all As-Built drawings and specifications accurately reflect site conditions. Act as a neutral, professional representative for Praetorian, interface with electrical contractors to identify deficiencies (Punch Lists) and verify their resolution. Witness and validate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Coordinate with Commissioning (Cx) teams to ensure seamless handoff. Ensure all work complies with NEC, NFPA 70E, and specific semiconductor facility standards (e.g., SEMI guidelines). Generate detailed daily and weekly quality reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, or non-conforming work. Required Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in Electrical QA/QC, Commissioning (Cx), or as a Project Engineer/Superintendent for a large-scale electrical contractor. Strong understanding of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems. Ability to read one-line diagrams, schematics, and P&IDs. Prior experience working in a Semiconductor Fab, Data Center, or similar cleanroom/industrial environment is highly preferred. Must be assertive yet professional; representing Praetorian’s reputation and holding contractors accountable to high standards. Journeyman or Master Electrician license, NETA certification, or an Engineering degree (BSEE) is a significant plus. Physical Requirements Ability to spend 80-90% of the day on your feet within a construction/manufacturing environment. Comfortable wearing PPE and Cleanroom “Bunny Suits” as required by facility protocols. Benefits Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.
