Client: LTTS (L&T Technology Services-Engineering) Min 6-7 years of experience with PLM and strong expertise in Requirement Elicitation, Business Analysis, Functional & System requirements, 3DExperience Platform, ENOVIA-CATIA-DELMIA, PLM Integration, Gap Analysis, BOM Structures, Configuration and Customization, Solution Design, Workflow Definition. Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for 3DEXPERIENCE modules (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA) including Change Management, EBOM/MBOM, and Configuration Management. Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment for platform upgrades, enhancements, and migration initiatives (e.g., 2019x → 2023x/25x/26x). Define and validate business workflows, data models, BOM structures, and integration requirements across PLM ecosystem. Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, configuration, and customization (JPO, MQL, UI3, APIs). Drive Agile execution by supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews. Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT) including test scenario validation, defect triage, and business sign-off. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DX tools would be a plus
