Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Sales, this position will support a team of Global Account Managers. This is an Entry to Mid-experience role for a highly driven individual looking to build a career in Sales & Commercial within the Transportation segment.
Responsibilities
Lead Contract Review and Pricing Analysis
Support and track new business quoting, financial reviews, and customer portal communication.
Process Spot-Buy orders with accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with customers and inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
This position will support Key Account managers in the following areas
Customer material indexing
Customer tariff recovery
Pricing consolidation, monthly consolidation, pricing analysis
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Competitor profiles
OEM financial requests
Travel to customer sites on occasion, less than 5%
Lead and support miscellaneous sales projects
Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities
2+ years of Automotive Customer service and/or sales experience (B2B)
Requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Bachelor's from 4-year University – Finance, Engineering or Economics degree preferred
Organized, detail oriented and team focused
Preferred or Additional, Experience, Education, Skills and Abilities
Microsoft D365 Suite
Data tools (Power BI)
Industry specific software (Campfire)
