Risk and Compliance Analyst Our client is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst.

Responsibilities: Maintain the enterprise risk register, ensure timely updates, and track and escalate remediation and control actions Compile and draft high-quality Board and Risk Committee reports, Coordinate risk appetite and compliance training, and support the risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process Deliver risk and compliance monitoring and testing Lead regulatory horizon scanning and support implementation plans Liaise on client complaints and contribute to Conduct Risk Framework documentation Requirements: Direct experience as a Risk and Compliance Analyst in financial services Wealth management exposure advantageous Working knowledge of MiFID and the Irish regulatory environment preferred Strong grasp of risk and compliance fundamentals Degree xyswxtq in Finance, Risk , Compliance or a related discipline Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively Skills: Risk Analysis Risk Assessment Compliance wealth management Asset Management mifid Benefits: Group Life Assurance Laptop Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Pension Fund Performance Bonus
