Operations Manager Location: Wexford Salary: Negotiable DOE €50,000 to €55,000 Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-time | Flexitime About the Role Our client, a growing organisation operating within the science and pharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role for a commercially minded professional who can oversee day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Managing Director to deliver operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient business operations and cross-functional communication.
Lead, mentor and develop teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage operational budgets, financial planning and forecasting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues and escalating where required.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying risks, trends and opportunities.
Support quality management systems and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare the business for internal and external audits.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business.
Skills & Experience Third-level qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or scientific industry is highly desirable.
Experience working within a quality-driven or regulated environment.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercially aware with strong financial and budgeting experience.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the business.
A proactive, adaptable all-rounder who enjoys working in a growing organisation.
