Rental Operations
  • Supervise day-to-day rental operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate equipment reservations, rentals, returns, and availability
  • Monitor equipment utilization and support efforts to maximize fleet productivity
  • Assist in managing rental inventory, equipment tracking, and operational workflows
  • Support scheduling and coordination of deliveries, pickups, and dispatch activities
Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, coach, and support rental department team members
  • Assign daily responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure operational goals are met
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused, and safety-oriented work environment
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development activities
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Customer Service & Sales Support
  • Ensure a high level of service is provided to customers and business partners
  • Respond to customer inquiries, rental requests, and service concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and growth opportunities
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer needs and business objectives
Equipment, Inventory & Maintenance Support
  • Assist in monitoring equipment condition, availability, and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate with service and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and equipment readiness initiatives
  • Maintain accurate inventory and rental records
Safety & Compliance
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support safety training, inspections, and compliance efforts
  • Ensure equipment operations and rental activities comply with applicable regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operational Excellence
  • Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support reporting, recordkeeping, and operational tracking activities
  • Assist management with departmental planning and performance goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Familiarity with inventory control, dispatch, service operations, and equipment utilization
  • Experience with ERP, rental management, or inventory systems
  • Knowledge of equipment rental operations and customer service best practices
  • Combination of office, warehouse, service shop, yard, and customer-facing environments
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout operational facilities
  • Exposure to equipment, machinery, varying weather conditions, and operational environments
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • May require occasional travel between facilities, customer locations, or operational sites
  • May require extended hours based on business needs
