Office Function Overseer

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to assist in overseeing office functions of our senior living community.

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Accounting
  • Payroll
  • Record keeping
  • Other administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Previous healthcare office experience as well as human resources knowledge is preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge (including Microsoft Office)
  • Possess an understanding of Medicaid/Medicare process
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and dependable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must work as a member of the team effectively, efficiently, and professionally
